利用規約

1. 本規約について

本規約は、nao22c（以下「開発者」）が提供する macOS アプリケーション StackHub（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

本アプリは Apple の App Store を通じて配布されており、Apple が定める「エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（標準EULA）」も併せて適用されます。本規約と標準EULAの内容が矛盾する場合、標準EULAが優先します。

2. 無料お試し期間

初回起動から30日間、購入なしですべての機能をご利用いただけます。お試し期間の終了後、新しいコピーの記録と履歴からの貼り付けは停止しますが、それまでに保存された履歴の閲覧と書き出しは引き続き行えます。

お試し期間はご利用の iCloud アカウントに紐づいて記録されるため、アプリを再インストールしても延長されません。

3. 購入と自動更新

サブスクリプション（1ヶ月／1年）は、期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り自動的に更新されます。
更新料は、期間終了前の24時間以内に Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
解約は、購入後いつでもデバイスの「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」から行えます。
買い切りプランは自動更新されません。
価格はお住まいの国・地域によって異なり、App Store の表示価格が適用されます。

4. 返金について

購入手続きは Apple が行うため、返金のご希望は Apple へ直接お申し出ください。開発者は返金処理を行う権限を持ちません。

5. 禁止事項

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変、再配布
法令に違反する目的での利用
他者の権利を侵害する内容を保存・共有する目的での利用

6. 免責事項

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの利用によって生じたデータの消失、損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。重要なデータは書き出し機能などにより、別途バックアップを取ることを推奨します。

7. 規約の変更

開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of StackHub, a macOS application provided by nao22c. By using the app you agree to them. The app is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.

2. Free trial

All features are available for 30 days from first launch, with no purchase required. After the trial, capturing new copies and pasting from the history stop, but your saved history remains readable and exportable. The trial is recorded against your iCloud account, so reinstalling the app does not extend it.

3. Purchases and renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel at any time from Apple ID → Subscriptions in System Settings.
The lifetime purchase does not renew.
Prices vary by region; the App Store price applies.

4. Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made to Apple directly; the developer cannot issue refunds.

5. Restrictions

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or redistribute the app.
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or damages arising from its use. Keep separate backups of important data, for example with the export feature.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Changes take effect once published on this page.
