TripCanvas（以下「本アプリ」）は、旅行の計画・持ち物・やることを管理するためのアプリです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとします。

本アプリは無料で利用できます。プレミアムは買い切りで、サブスクリプションではありません。自動更新はなく、解約の手続きもありません。プレミアムでは広告が表示されなくなり、同時に保存できる旅行の数の制限がなくなります。

お支払いは、購入を確定した時点で Apple ID または Google Play アカウントへ請求されます。購入はそのアカウントに紐づくため、別の端末では「購入を復元」から引き継げます。価格はストアがお住まいの国の通貨で表示します。

返金は Apple および Google の定めにしたがって各社が行います。当方では返金の手続きはできませんが、購入に問題があった場合はご連絡ください。窓口のご案内をいたします。

旅程・持ち物リスト・写真はお客様のものです。入力した内容と、添付する写真を利用する権利については、お客様の責任となります。

共有している旅行を削除する操作は、その旅行からご自身が抜けることを意味します。旅行と内容は残った参加者の手元に残り、最後の 1 人が抜けた時点で、予定・リスト・添付した写真もあわせて削除されます。

招待コードを知っている方は、その旅行に参加できます。コードは 7 日で期限が切れ、幹事はいつでも取り消し・再発行できます。心当たりのない相手にコードが渡った場合は、コードを作り直してください。

無料版では Google AdMob による広告を表示します。取得される情報についてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

本アプリは現状のまま提供されます。正常な動作とデータの保全に努めますが、不具合がないこと、常に利用できることを保証するものではありません。失っては困る情報は、お客様ご自身でも控えをお持ちください。

本規約はアプリの変更にあわせて改定することがあります。最終更新日は冒頭に記載します。

TripCanvas (“the app”) helps you plan trips, pack, and keep track of what is left to do. By using the app you agree to these terms.

TripCanvas is free to use. Premium is a one-time purchase — it is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. Premium removes the advertisements and the limit on how many trips you can keep at once.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The purchase is tied to that store account, so you can restore it on your other devices with “Restore purchase”. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own terms; we cannot issue them ourselves. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will help you contact them.

Your itineraries, packing lists and photos are yours. You are responsible for what you put into the app, and for having the right to use any photo you attach.

Deleting a shared trip means leaving it yourself. The trip and its content stay with everyone else; the plans, lists and attached photos are deleted when the last person leaves.

Anyone who knows an invite code can join that trip. Codes expire after 7 days, and the host can turn one off or issue a new one at any time. If a code reaches someone it should not have, create a new one.

The free version shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. What AdMob collects is described in our Privacy Policy.

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults or always available. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
