Stock prices, financial metrics, and profit/loss information displayed in the App are retrieved from third-party services such as Yahoo Finance API and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Investment decisions are made entirely at your own risk. The developer accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on information in this App.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers an in-app purchase (Premium plan — one-time purchase) through the App Store.

Purchases are linked to your Apple ID and processed under App Store terms.
A purchased Premium plan can be restored using the "Restore Purchase" feature.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.

4. Prohibited Uses

Decompiling or reverse engineering the App
Redistributing the App for commercial purposes
Any use that violates applicable laws or public order

5. Changes and Termination

The developer may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. The developer is not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or termination.
